Starting from today, every household across Rother Valley will receive Alexander Stafford MP’s “Coronavirus support and information leaflet”.
This leaflet outlines the advice and rules which are currently in place to protect the NHS and save lives. It provides key contact numbers and helplines on a whole range of Coronavirus related issues tailored for the Rother Valley area. It also reminds people of the business and community support available across Rother Valley. This leaflet is designed to a one-stop-shop for questions relating to the pandemic as well as reminding people to stay at home, to protect the NHS and save lives.
The leaflet is being distributed by the Royal Mail who will observe correct social distancing procedures and should arrive with regular mail.
The leaflet is part of Alexander Stafford’s package to help defeat the Coronavirus which includes liaising with local community groups, running telephone online advice surgeries, working with RMBC and local Parish Councils, regular updates with the NHS and police forces, and ensuring no one in Rother Valley falls through the cracks.
Alexander Stafford, Conservative Member of Parliament for Rother Valley said:
“In these times of Coronavirus it is essential everyone in Rother Valley has the full information and what services they can access. This advice leaflet provides all the key details and contacts. Everyone should read this carefully and keep it close at hand and refer back to it frequently. Please keep it accessible throughout the crisis – put it on your table, stick it to the fridge – and make sure you read this essential information. Our community has come together like never before and I know we will get through these difficult times, but in order to do so we must all play our part. We must stay at home, protect our NHS and this will save lives.”
