Chris Read, Labour Leader of Rotherham Council, must resign

For the past decade Labour councillor Chris Read has been Leader of Rotherham Council. 

What has he achieved? Dirty streets. Bin collection chaos. Overflowing bins. Failing basic services. Special needs education in crisis. Our Green Belt being destroyed. Town centre decay. 

And not to mention the many questions over the Labour Party’s handling of the grooming gang scandal. 

Chris Read must go. There needs to be new leadership, not tarnished by this decade of failure.
